We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Paid Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team and drive the success of our social media advertising efforts.
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Paid Social Media Specialist to manage and optimize our paid social media campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, data analysis, and campaign optimization. You will be responsible for developing strategies, executing campaigns, and analyzing performance to ensure maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for paid social media campaigns aligned with business objectives, target audience, and market research. Set goals, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ad Creation and Management: Design, set up, and manage social media ads across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Audience Targeting: Identify and target specific audience segments to enhance ad effectiveness.
- Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and metrics. Key metrics include click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Optimization and Adjustments: Continuously analyze data to identify optimization opportunities. Make data-driven adjustments to enhance ad performance, including tweaking targeting, adjusting budgets, and experimenting with creative elements.
- Reporting: Create regular reports summarizing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations. Communicate results to stakeholders and guide future strategies.
- Budget Management: Oversee and manage ad budgets to ensure effective resource allocation. Monitor spending and adjust as needed to stay within budget while achieving desired outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing paid social media campaigns.
- Data driven, knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English.
