What you’ll do in this role:

• Talent Acquisition
• Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Review incoming resumes and applications to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit for open positions.
• Conduct initial screenings and phone interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements, job descriptions, and team needs.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and relevant team members, ensuring a smooth interview process.

• Support in internal tasks  
  • Coordinate internal events and follow up with service providers. 

 

• Best Practices:
  • Participate in the implementation of best practices to optimize processes and outcomes within the HR department.  

We are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR role.  
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, preferrably on marketing roles.  
• Effective communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a dynamic environment.  
• Proactive, positive attitude, and customer service orientation.
