Media Trafficking Coordinator
Location: Mexico City / Hybrid
MindgruveMacarta is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Media Trafficking Coordinator to join our dynamic Digital Media team. In this role, you will be responsible for trafficking digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, ensuring they run smoothly and deliver on performance goals. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure ad creatives meet specifications, campaigns launch on time, and any issues are swiftly resolved.
The ideal candidate will have experience with digital ad operations, strong organizational skills, and an ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
We Need a Person With:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience in digital media trafficking, ad operations, or related fields.
- Proficiency with ad-serving platforms (e.g., Campaign Manager 360 (formerly Doubleclick), Sizmek, AdButler), ad management systems, and campaign tracking tools.
- Strong understanding of online advertising formats and specifications (e.g., display banners, video ads, rich media).
- Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau, etc.) to assess campaign performance.
- Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS to troubleshoot creative and technical issues.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.

- Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major digital advertising platforms.
- Experience with programmatic advertising, DSPs, or RTB environments is a plus
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or related digital marketing platforms is a plus.
What You’ll Do Here:
Campaign Trafficking:
- Traffic and manage the delivery of digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms including display, video, social media, and mobile.
- Ensure all ad creatives meet platform specifications (dimensions, file size, etc.) before launching campaigns.
- Perform pre-launch quality checks to ensure accurate targeting, tracking, and creative rendering.
Technical Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:
- Troubleshoot ad delivery issues such as broken creative, incorrect targeting, and tracking discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
Campaign Optimization & Reporting:
- Monitor campaign performance regularly and provide updates to internal teams.
- Generate performance reports in CM360 and communicate findings to the team, offering optimization suggestions to enhance campaign results.
- Work with the media and analytics teams to adjust targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies based on performance metrics.
Collaboration & Internal Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Paid Media, Client Services, and Analytics to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Provide ongoing support to the internal and vendor teams, responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing regular updates on campaign performance.
Ad Tech & Tool Management:
- Manage ad-serving platform, Campaign Manager 360 (CM360)
- Maintain campaign tracking codes, verify tagging accuracy, and ensure proper implementation across campaigns.
Documentation & Best Practices:
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of trafficking processes, troubleshooting guides, and client-specific requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new tools, and best practices in digital ad trafficking and media buying.
- Maintain up-to-date spec docs for the following platforms:

- Meta
- Snap
- X
- Nextdoor
- Tiktok
- Performance Max
- DemandGen
- Microsoft
- Performance Max
- Linear TV
- Terrestrial Radio
