We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketplace Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team and ensure seamless marketplace operations.
You will be reporting to the Director of Marketplace Operations to drive results and success for all brand partners.
Job Summary:
As a Marketplace Operations Sr., you will be responsible for ensuring the operational excellence and optimization of our brand partners’ marketplace presence, embodying our company's commitment to delivering outstanding service.
What You'll Do Here:
- You will be responsible for the creation and upload of copy and images on Marketplaces such as Amazon Seller, Amazon Vendor, and Walmart Seller.
- You will assess existing product listings and help coach or create training opportunities for other team members.
- You will drive meticulous attention to detail in product metadata management, ensuring accurate and timely upload of images and videos, both manually and via file-feeds.
- You will take ownership of troubleshooting and case management, diligently managing support cases and tickets related to listing issues and other marketplace-related problems.
- You will maintain open and transparent communication with internal MindgruveMacarta teams, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
- You will demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, supporting other tasks and projects as assigned to meet the evolving needs of the company.
We Need a Person With:
- Proficiency in Enlgish (essential)
- Experience managing Amazon Seller and Vendor Central
- Strong MS Excel competency
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail
