PR Senior Manager

About the role:

Mindgruve is looking for a PR Senior Manager with 5–7 years of experience to lead strategic public relations initiatives that elevate brand awareness for Mindgruve across LATAM and position our executive team as industry thought leaders. This role is ideal for a seasoned communicator who excels at storytelling, media relations, and executive visibility. You'll work directly with senior leadership to shape narratives, secure speaking opportunities, and expand our influence in key markets.

What You’ll Do Here:

• Develop and execute strategic PR plans to grow brand awareness for Mindgruve in the LATAM region.
  
  
• Craft compelling messaging, talking points, press materials, and executive bios.
  
  
• Lead media training sessions for executives to ensure consistent, confident communication.
  
  
• Identify and secure high-impact media opportunities, interviews, and speaking engagements.
  
  
• Foster and maintain relationships with key media outlets and industry journalists.
  
  
• Monitor media coverage and share regular reporting and insights.
  
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and storytelling across channels.
  
  
• Represent the agency in client and media-facing scenarios when appropriate.
  
  

We Need a Person With:

• 5–7 years of experience in public relations, with a strong track record of media placements and executive visibility programs.
  
  
• Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, persuasive messaging.
  
  
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
  
  
• Experience coordinating media interviews, panels, and speaking opportunities.
  
  
• Confidence working with senior executives and preparing them for public appearances.
  
  
• A solid understanding of the LATAM media landscape is a plus.
  
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  
  

Compensation commensurate with experience.
